Search for ‘Companyapp Presenter Pro’ via the App Store app, directly on your iPad / iPhone. If you’re viewing this page on an iPad or iPhone device, you can get to it directly from this link.

The desktop apps are available directly from the system. Login to the Presenter CMS and hover your mouse over your username (top right of the screen) and from the menu that drops down chooose ‘APP DOWNLOADS‘. Choose either the ‘Windows’ or ‘macOS’ version and download the app directly to your laptop or desktop computer.

From time-to-time, updates to the laptop / desktop version of the Presenter Pro App will be released. A pop-up notification within the app itself will alert you when this is the case. The in-app alert will contain a link to where you can download the latest version of the app. Choose the correct version for your operating system (Windows or Apple Mac) and click to download the file.

The file will download to the directory that you have set on your computer as the designated ‘downloads’ folder. Locate the downloaded file, which will be called “Presenter-Pro-win.zip” (for Windows) or “Presenter-Pro-osx.zip” (for Apple Mac). Double click it to expand its contents.

The expanded file will be called “Presenter Pro.msi” (for Windows) or “Presenter.pkg” (for Apple Mac) – these are installer files. Simply double click the file to run the installer – and then follow the instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: The process of upgrading your app does not affect the content that you have already downloaded. All the presentations and documents you had previously should still be available in the new version.

In the first instance you should contact your Editor to see if they can help. Your Editor can escalate the problem to Companyapp support if required.

The Presenter Pro apps allow you to download presentations or documents from the CMS so that they can be viewed offline, without the need for an Internet connection. If you are going to see a client, we recommend that you always download the resources you need, before you go to your meeting.
