The Presenter Pro apps allow you to download presentations or documents from the CMS so that they can be viewed offline, without the need for an Internet connection. If you are going to see a client, we recommend that you always download the resources you need, before you go to your meeting.

The recommended way to do this would be to use the Presenter Pro App – either the iPad or the Laptop version. With the Presenter Pro App you can download your presentations for offline use – so you can be sure that they will work in front of your client, without an internet connection.

It is possible to present to a client using the online viewer from the CMS, but please note, you will always need an internet connection for this.

The system ‘libraries’ work in conjunction with the system ‘categories’ and help to organise content to make it easier to find the resources you need. The library label defines the ‘type’ of content – essentially – who the content was created by.

• Core Library: This is the master presentation library with core presentations that have been created by your central team – you can use these presentations, but you can’t edit them.
  
• User Library: This is your own personal library of presentations that you have created yourself
  
• Shared library: Any presentation that a colleague has shared with you.
