In the first instance you should contact your Editor to see if they can help. Your Editor can escalate the problem to Companyapp support if required.

The recommended way to do this would be to use the Presenter Pro App – either the iPad or the Laptop version. With the Presenter Pro App you can download your presentations for offline use – so you can be sure that they will work in front of your client, without an internet connection.

It is possible to present to a client using the online viewer from the CMS, but please note, you will always need an internet connection for this.

Go to the CMS system and click ‘Forgot your password’ button on the login screen – this will send you a link to reset your password. Please note every few months, or every time an update is made, all users are signed out from the App and from the CMS, so you will need to login again.
